Brian Scott Beley – President and Chief Executive Office

Mr. Beley is President and Chief Executive Officer.   He has been with NuVision for 15 years and involved with the Nuclear Industry for over 30 years.  Prior to NuVision  Mr. Beley was a Director at Marconi Communications with responsibilities for leading their Enterprise Client Business Development initiatives and North America eBusiness project  implementation. Prior to that  Mr. Beley worked at Westinghouse Electric Company where he held several positions, including Senior Business Unit Director and Manager for Marketing & Sales for both the Major Nuclear Projects and Nuclear Process Control Business Units. Mr. Beley earned a MBA from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University. Mr. Beley also holds a 2008 patent for the application of MSIP® for Pressurized Water Reactor Units.

Martin C Williams – Senior V.P. and Chief Operating Officer

Martin Williams leads the engineering and operations teams for NuVision Engineering. He is responsible for safe project delivery to meet customer expectations, and supporting the company President in implementation of corporate policies, procedures and strategies. Martin joined NuVision in 1998 and previously held the position of Vice President, responsible for business development and project delivery for the Decommissioning and Waste Management Segment of the business.  He joined NuVision after a 10 year career in nuclear facility engineering and project management with AEA Technology in the UK, engaged in projects and business development initiatives across the UK nuclear estate and for customers in the USA, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Far East. Martin is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the nuclear industry including technology development, design, construction and operation of nuclear plant facilities and infrastructure, nuclear decommissioning and waste management operations.

Dr. Manu Badlani - Vice President and Chief Engineer

Dr. Badlani joined the Company in 1979 and has more than 35 years of experience in engineering, design, analysis and management. He holds the patent for MSIP® (Mechanical Stress Improvement Process), one of the most effective remedies for preventing stress corrosion cracking in nuclear power plant piping weldments, which he has engineered and implemented in BWR and PWR plants worldwide. Dr. Badlani has a BME from MS University (India) and MSME, PhD (Mechanical Engineering) and MBA from the University of Minnesota. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Dr. Badlani has over 50 publications and jointly holds five (5) patents.

Robert Mullens - Vice President, Safety, QA , Decon and Field Operations

Mr. Mullens has been a member of the NuVision team for 24 years.  Mr. Mullens is responsible for the implementation of the Decontamination Services and MSIP® businesses at commercial nuclear plant sites in the U.S. and abroad. During his tenure, the Decontamination Services team has completed over $30 million dollars of work on domestic and international projects.  As Corporate Quality and Safety Executive he oversees implementation of the Corporate Quality Program and Safety Program.  Mr. Mullens holds a BS Degree in Environmental Science from SUNY Syracuse, NY and an Associate of Science Degree in Chemistry from Nassau Community College.

Michael Torcaso - Vice President, DNC and Engineering

Mr. Torcaso is Vice President of NuVision’s Dynamic Natural Convection (DNC) and Engineering group.  He is responsible for the nuclear plant engineering services and the development of DNC technology for the company.  He joined NuVision in 1995 and has over 35 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry.  Prior to NuVision he worked at ANSYS and was responsible for providing technical support for the distributer network and partnership development within the FEA and CAD community.  Prior to that Mr. Torcaso worked at Westinghouse Electric Company where he was responsible for the design and analysis of major equipment, piping and support systems and licensing activities.  Mr. Torcaso earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
