Van Walker - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Walker is the President and CEO of NuVision Engineering, Inc. Prior to the establishment of
NuVision Engineering, following its acquisition from AEA Technology by Vision Capital in 2006, Mr. Walker was the President and CEO of AEA Technology Engineering Services, Inc., a US subsidiary of AEA Technology, a leading British science, technology and engineering firm. During Mr. Walker’s 30 year career, he has gained extensive worldwide business experience in a variety of technology and engineering fields. Mr. Walker had a seventeen year career with Westinghouse Electric Company, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, business development and commercial operations. He held several senior staff positions, including Marketing Director of its Nuclear Technology Division and Process Control Business. Mr. Walker is an engineering graduate and former scholarship athlete of North Carolina State University. He has numerous fields of formalized executive training, including in finance, projects, human resource management, marketing, strategic planning, business startup, and mergers and acquisitions.

Michael Kopec - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kopec is the Chief Financial Officer and serves as a Director for both NuVision Engineering and Mid Columbia Engineering, Inc. Mr. Kopec also serves as an Officer and Director of NuVision Capital's U.S. Holding Company. With over 25 years experience in financial management, Mr. Kopec is responsible for all of the company's financial commercial matters, facilities leases, IT systems, employee benefits programs (i.e., pension, 401K, medical, life) and insurance. Prior to joining the Company in 1990, Mr. Kopec worked for Science Management Corporation. Mr. Kopec earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1977.

Brian Scott Beley - Vice President, Utilities and Industry

Mr. Beley is Vice President of NuVision's U&I Business Unit. Mr. Beley currently leads and manages sales and business development of U&I’s products and services. Prior to joining NuVision in 2002, Mr. Beley was a Director at Marconi Communications with responsibilities for leading their Enterprise Client Business Development initiatives and North America eBusiness project implementation. Previously, Mr. Beley worked at Westinghouse Electric Company for seventeen years, where he held several positions, including Senior Business Unit Director and Manager for Marketing & Sales for both the Major Projects and Nuclear Process Control Business Units. Mr. Beley earned a MBA from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University. Mr. Beley also holds a 2008 patent for the application of MSIP® for Pressurized Water Reactor Units.

Robert Mullens - Vice President, Operations for the Utilities and Industries Business and Corporate Quality and Safety Executive

Mr. Mullens has been a member of the NuVision team for 16 years. In 2007, he assumed his present position as Vice President of Operations for the Utility and Industry Business and Corporate QA and Safety Executive. Mr. Mullens is responsible for the implementation of the Decontamination Services and MSIP® businesses at commercial nuclear plant sites in the U.S. and abroad. During his tenure, the Decontamination Services team has completed over $25 million dollars of work on domestic and international projects. As Corporate Quality and Safety Executive he oversees implementation of the Corporate Quality Program and Safety Program monitoring implementation of each program and reviewing performance trends to ensure each is effectively implemented throughout the company. Mr. Mullens holds a BS Degree in Environmental Science from SUNY Syracuse, NY and an Associate of Science Degree in Chemistry from Nassau Community College.

Dr. Laurie Judd, Vice President of Federal Programs

Dr. Judd has been employed by NuVision Engineering for over 21 years. He serves as the Vice President of Federal Programs where he is responsible for the development and profitable performance of NuVision Engineering's Government contracts in the US, UK and Canada. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry and a PhD (Organometallic Chemistry) from the University of Warwick in Coventry, UK. Dr. Judd also spent a year as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory at the University of Oxford.

Martin Williams - Vice President, Advanced Process Systems

Mr. Williams leads the engineering and operations team for the Advanced Process Systems Group. He oversees environmental remediation and radioactive waste management projects incorporating Power Fluidics™ and other technologies. Mr. Williams is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Project Manager with close to 30 years experience in industry, including the design, construction and operation of nuclear plant facilities and infrastructure, nuclear decommissioning and waste management operations.

Dr. Manu Badlani - Vice President and Chief Engineer

Dr. Badlani joined the Company in 1979 and has more than 30 years of experience in engineering, design, analysis and management. He holds the patent for MSIP® (Mechanical Stress Improvement Process), one of the most effective remedies for preventing stress corrosion cracking in nuclear power plant piping weldments, which he has engineered and implemented in BWR and PWR plants worldwide. Dr. Badlani has a BME from MS University (India) and MSME, PhD (Mechanical Engineering) and MBA from the University of Minnesota. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Dr. Badlani has over 35 publications and jointly holds five (5) patents.

Henry Kaczowka - Vice President, Robotics

Mr. Kaczowka has been with NuVision Engineering for four years. He has a degree in Engineering from Penn State University and has over 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry. His responsibilities include the sales, project management, design, manufacture, and field support for the Robotics product line. He led the complete re-design effort of the Artisan™ product line to upgrade its capabilities. The re-design effort was successfully deployed into the field and has received excellent reviews. The performance of the ARITSAN™ was highlighted in a presentation by the customer at the Waste Management Conference.

Michael Torcaso - Vice President, Plant Engineering

Mr. Torcaso is responsible for technical operations, development, training and profitable performance of the Plant Engineering business. He has over 30 years experience in the design, analysis, construction and licensing activities associated with nuclear power plants. Prior to joining the company in 1995, he worked for ANSYS Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Company. Mr. Torcaso holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a MS degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
